Shipping policy

For all UK orders, we will endeavour to deliver your order within 1-3 working days and within 14 working days for all overseas orders. All products are subject to availability. We will always advise you of any delays or if an item you have purchased is no longer available.  In which case you will have the option of waiting for the item to come back in stock or we can arrange a full refund for the item purchased.

All orders are sent via a tracked service, whether delivered in the UK or overseas. *We will share your contact details with the courier for tracked order updates. *

If our website advises we are unable to deliver to your address, then please email your order details across to admin@papersalad.co.uk where we will process your order and calculate the shipping costs.

Please note; we will not be held responsible if incorrect delivery address details were provided at the time of the order being placed and the order has been shipped.
